Daikin Acquires U.S.-based Goodman for US$ 3.7 Billion
On August 29, Daikin announced that it had reached an agreement to acquire Goodman Global Group (Goodman). Daikin, Goodman, and Goodman’s major shareholder, private equity investment firm Hellman & Friedman, signed a definitive agreement regarding the acquisition.
