Daikin: Elementary school renovations get cheers, but more work needed at Richmond schools

After four months housed in another school, students returned to a newly renovated Overby-Sheppard Elementary in north Richmond. "Today is an extremely big day," Richmond School Board Member Felicia Cosby said.
