Trane® / Mitsubishi Electric HVRF is the world’s only all-electric, two-pipe hybrid VRF system. Hybrid means it uses a combination of refrigerant to connect outdoor units to the Hybrid Branch Controller (HBC) and water to connect the HBC to indoor units. This unique, future-forward solution combines the advantages of VRF and hydronic chiller systems into a new, all-electric heat pump that can heat and cool simultaneously.
