Please confirm that you are not currently logged in from another location. eJARN users can only be logged in from one computer at a time.
If the above does not help, please clear your browser鈥檚 cache and do the following after restarting your browser.
Internet Explorer
- From the Tools menu, select Internet Options鈥
- Choose the General tab
- Under Browsing history, click Delete鈥
- Next to 鈥淭emporary Internet Files鈥, click Delete files鈥
- Click Close, and then click OK to exit

- From the Tools menu, select Clear Private Data
- Make sure Cache is checked, and then click Clear Private Data Now
