Q: I get a blank screen when I try to sign in.
A: If you are accessing eJARN from www.ejarn.com, please try to log in from www.ejarn.jp. There is no difference in the content of the .com and .jp addresses.

Q: I get the error message, 鈥淭he ID and/or password information is incorrect鈥︹ I have double checked my ID and password and they are correct.
A: Please confirm that you are not currently logged in from another location. eJARN users can only be logged in from one computer at a time.

If the above does not help, please clear your browser鈥檚 cache and do the following after restarting your browser.

Internet Explorer

  1. From the Tools menu, select Internet Options鈥
  2. Choose the General tab
  3. Under Browsing history, click Delete鈥
  4. Next to 鈥淭emporary Internet Files鈥, click Delete files鈥
  5. Click Close, and then click OK to exit

聽聽 Firefox

  1. From the Tools menu, select Clear Private Data
  2. Make sure Cache is checked, and then click Clear Private Data Now

Q: Why does the text appeared incorrectly or garbled?
A: Most likely this is due to your browser's character encoding setting. Please make sure that your browser is set to "Unicode". To do so, select Encoding from the View menu in Internet Explorer, or Character Encoding in the View menu in Firefox, and choose "Unicode (UTF-8)".
