EHPA cautious over EED agreement

The European Heat Pump Association has expressed mixed feelings over the Energy Efficiency Directive
 
In a statement the association said: 鈥淭he European Commission, the European Parliament and the Members States have reached an agreement on the Energy Efficiency Directive (EED), part of the EU鈥檚 effort to reach a target of 20  per cent of primary energy savings by 2020.
