JCI & Shuangliang Agreement for Absorption Chillers

Johnsons Controls (JCI) and Shuangl iang Ecoenergy Systems (Shuangliang), China has signed an agreement for absorption chillers for Middle East and Latin Amer ica markets. The recently held kick off meeting was attended by Miao Shuangda, president of Shua ngl i a ng Group and Anwar Hassan, vice president of Large-Tonnage Solutions Global Line of Business, Johnson Controls (Building Efficiency business unit) as well as several other senior team members from both companies. The strategic agreement went into effect in December 2010 and is designed to allow both companies to leverage their strengths to grow absorption chiller business.
