Kaori Heat Exchanger meet Ecodesign for Heating & Cooling experts

In order to contribute the innovation competency and strengthening of the competitiveness for the Heating and Cooling industries, Kaori enhance the development of innovative technologies on energy-efficient and highly cost effective Brazed Plate heat exchangers. Kaori has now extended its heat exchanger portfolio to include 3 new D071, Z400N and R216/ R216D designed for the specific requirements of low-GWP refrigerants.
 
D071 new patented True Double Wall inherits not only visible crossover protection designs from the original D series, but also offers a pressure resistance up to 40 bar (580 psi). Kaori Claims it is the industry’s first high pressure double wall Brazed Plate Heat Exchanger for who would like to broaden their range of heating and cooling applications.
 
The Z400N nickel brazed aims for industrial heating or cooling process applications with high volume heat exchange needs. In addition, Kaori has successfully developed the enhanced (pressure resistance up to 30bar/435psi) nickel brazed heat exchanger for ammonia refrigeration systems. This solutions is optimized also for deionized water, sulphides and sulphates with better corrosive resistances.
 
The R216/R216D, is specifically designed for high performance dual compressor systems in chillers and heat pumps applications.
