Dong Mingzhu Elected Chairman and President of Gree

Gree announced that Dong Mingzhu was unanimously elected as chairman of the Board, and reappointed as president of Gree Electric on May 29, 2012, after the new session of the board of directors of the company, which means Gree Electric officially entered the ‘era of Dong Mingzhu.’
