Daikin HVAC sales up in the first half

HVAC maker Daikin Industries (Osaka, Japan), based in Japan, said it saw its international air-conditioning business expand in the first half of its current fiscal year. Daikin's overseas market includes China, Asia, and North America. The first half of Daikin's 2014 fiscal year ended at the end of September.
