Rinnai Purchases Australian Manufacturer Brivis Climate Systems

Through its subsidiary, Rinnai Australia Pty. Ltd., Rinnai Corporation has signed an agreement with GWA Group Limited, a publicly listed Australian housing equipment manufacturer, on the transfer of shares of Brivis Climate Systems Pty. Ltd., an air conditioner manufacturer owned by GWA.
