Sony and Toshiba Sign Definitive Agreements for the Transfer of Semiconductor Fabrication Facilities

Under the agreements, Toshiba will transfer semiconductor fabrication facilities, equipment and related assets of Toshiba’s 300mm wafer production line, mainly located at its Oita Operations facility.
