ARS Acquires Weather Crafters

American Residential Services (ARS), a privately-held national provider of air conditioning, heating, and plumbing services, announced that it has acquired the assets of Weather Crafters, Chester, Virginia. Located in the Richmond area, it will be rebranded as ARS of Richmond.
