Johnson Controls announces quarterly dividend

The board of directors of Johnson Controls, (NYSE: JCI), has approved a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.25 per common share payable on July 7, 2017 to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 28, 2017. Johnson Controls has paid a consecutive dividend since 1887.
