CAREL: Efficiency and reliability for food storage

The ‘9th Middle East Cold Chain Food Safety Conference’ will be held on Monday 21 January in Dubai. Through a mix of presentations and panel discussions, the conference aims to address the issue of food safety to improve people’s health and well-being, as well as the profitability of supermarkets. Special attention will be paid to cold chain design, with presentation of best practices by OEMs regarding reliable and energy-efficient cold rooms.
