France Launches Program to Replace Old Boilers

François de Rugy, minister of Ecological Transition, and Julien Denormandie, minister of Housing, along with representatives from energy-related companies, Engie, Effy, EDF, and Total, met on January 24 in order to announce boiler-replacement incentives.
