Bitzer Delivers First New Condenser Produced at Extended Factory in Germany

Bitzer acquired the Alfa Laval portfolio of shell and tube evaporators and condensers for air conditioning and refrigeration (AC&R) applications in April 2018. Until May 2019, these products were manufactured in the Alfa Laval factory in Alonte, Italy, for Bitzer. Ever since, production has been in the process of being transferred to the Bitzer heat exchangers and pressure vessels factory in Germany, with a recent highlight: in July 2019, the first new Bitzer condenser was manufactured in Rottenburg-Hailfingen and was shipped to a customer.
