India Starts Anti-dumping Investigation on HFC Imports from China

The Indian Ministry of Commerce and Industry has started an anti-dumping investigation concerning imports of hydrofluorocarbon (HFC) blends, R407 and R410A for residential and commercial air conditioners, originating in or exported from China in accordance with the Customs Tariff Act 1975 and Customs Tariff Rules 1995.
