Daikin to Build Cutting-edge Development Complex in Ghent, Belgium

Daikin Europe (DENV) is to build a new EMEA Development Center (EDC) in Ghent, Belgium. The current EDC headquarters in Ostend and the branch in Ghent have become too small. The European Union (EU) is pioneering climate-neutral initiatives, particularly through its EU Green Deal policy. The EDC plays a unique role in this area, through its research into and development of innovative, energy-efficient alternatives to traditional heating solutions, new heat pump technology, and solutions for cold chains.
