ebm-papst Completes Work on €12 Million Laboratory Center

ebm-papst has completed a new test center in Mulfingen, Germany. Over 5,000 m2 in new laboratory space is dedicated to analyses and functional tests in the field of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC). The company will start research operations in the first quarter of 2021, providing analytical support to the growing use of electronics in its products. Martin Schmitt, head of electronics development at ebm-papst, explained, “In the future, 50 members of staff from our electronics service divisions will be working in our new EMC test center”.
