TCL to Become Homa Appliances’ Largest Shareholder

Homa Appliances issued an announcement on February 24, 2021 that Huizhou TCL Home Appliances Group obtained 40,474,400 shares of the company through an online judicial auction on January 14, 2021, with a total transaction capital of RMB 186 million (US$ 28.6 million). Homa stated that, after the judicial auction ruling took effect, TCL directly would hold 146 million shares of the company, becoming its largest shareholder.
