ISK-SODEX Boosts Turkish HVAC&R Export Potential
The Turkish air conditioning market is showing signs of recovery despite the pandemic. In the variable refrigerant flow (VRF) segment in particular, there are bright spots thanks to the government’s subsidy system. In fact, İSKİD, the Turkish Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration Manufacturers Association, reported that expanded use of mini-VRFs exerted a positive effect on overall VRF sales, which resulted in striking market growth of 9% year on year in the period spanning January to August 2021.
