GEA closes sale of refrigeration contracting operations in Spain and Italy

GEA has successfully concluded the sale of its refrigeration contracting activities in Spain and Italy, to Clauger, as was contractually agreed in June 2021. The closing took place on October 29, 2021.The parties have agreed not to disclose the financial details of the transaction.
